Ta Gu waterfall is about 60-70 kilometers from the sea. It lies in the central coastal provinces but has very cool weather due to its altitude of about 1,300 meters. If come up from Cam Ranh, visitors have to pass through the winding paths along the rugged mountains. Stop the vehicle in a distance of about 300 meters, tourist can start walking into an interesting discovery.
The path to the waterfall is short but not simple. Off the bus, visitors are close to the verge of almost 10 meters high. The explorers turn their back and start climbing down to the bottom by clinging to the tree roots, rocks. Then continue to climb the rocks about 200 meters to the stream. At the foot of the waterfall, there is a clear water pool. Long time flowing water has made the pool deeper and deeper. Explorers have to jump over big and small rocks to get through the stream. The path is quite slippery so that mobiles, backpacks should be carefully covered to avoid water incase of "snatch at frogs." When ready on the other side, along the stream are the cool canopies of the forest. Prior to the waterfall, visitors will encounter a steep cliffs of about 10 meters high and again cling to the cliff, slide down to the bottom. Once get to the water's edge, explorers must "fly" from rock to rock, one over another to get closer to the waterfalls. The road ahead is dangerous but the waterfall is fanciful and attractive.
 After conquering the short but much dangerous path with the length of just a few hundred meters, explorers fatigue seems to be dissolved due to the beauty of Ta Gu waterfall. Bottom of the waterfall is a large lake surrounded by vertical cliffs of 30-40 meters height. From the top of the cliff, a dazzling white water poured straight down into the lake below, thundering day and night. The water flowing through the rock from underground spurts out so cold. Around the water falling down area, are almost covered with green trees. The pool below is formed by big blocks of rocks so that the water is colder. Just soak a few minutes in the pool, you will fill chill. Many people have to get to smaller slots or where having sunlight to reduce the cooling of the water. At this time, tourism is untapped at Ta Gu, the nature still bear its inherent wild character. There's no services so that the tour operators have to prepare the necessary things, food and drink. On weekends, holidays, many people come here with food, drink and play all day. If you have property to hunt, you can catch fish in this waterfall. The stream fish is very tasty, sweet and delicious because they live in water flow without contamination and with natural foods.
The local tourism industry is preparing Ta Gu waterfall to be an eco-tourism destination. There is still, in the coastal region, a green plateau, creating wealth for local tourism, tourists attraction. With a little bit of Ta Gu waterfall risky, tourists can not only experience a fascinating exploration but also admire the natural beauty, where having the transition between the forest and the sea, the highlands and the coastal regions.
